Support Engineer (PyCharm)

Required work experience: 1–3 years
You are most welcome to our team if you:
• are eager to help users whatever their problem might be;
• can explain complex things in simple words;
• are ready to go on communication even when others would have given up;
• can determine the nature of the problem by a screenshot;
• believe that any software is created for users in the first place;
• know the Python language well enough to write simple applications;
and especially if:
• have an experience of IDE and/or cross-platform applications testing;
• know PyCharm or IntelliJ IDEA;
• understand that a bad release can only be saved by excellent support.

Our objectives are to:
• deal with any feedback about our product;
• support users worldwide, so we have to bear in mind that April is not a spring month for an Australian person;
• know much about the product if not everything;
• reproduce defects by users’ reports;
• work with the bug-tracker.
